Mr.V.C. Praveen is a well-known businessman and passionate in film production in South region of India , sports and social welfare. He was associated with Leo movement and was adjusted “Best Secretary” of Chennai division comprising of 54 club. He was instrumental in organizing a pediatric heart surgery camp in 2006, to give a new lease of life to 60 small children, free of cost. Finding the program a big success, he initiated similar projects to help 100 more ailing children. He is the President – India Region of WMC and general convener of social club in the region. He has been extending all possible help to the weaker sections of the society in the fields of medicine and education. He is involved in many CSR activities in the healthcare sector and also helping the aged, destitute, widows and patients. The formation of the “Gokulam Kerala FC” was a brain child of V.C. Praveen, Board Member of the club having a vision to promote the football to be top flight football club in India.
